Most of the
important beliefs about ourselves are stored in our unconscious mind. This
powerful part of our mind represents 90-95% of our mind and is believed to be
the master controller of our life. It directs and supports our behavior based on the beliefs we hold about ourselves. Consequently, we tend
to achieve only what we believe we can achieve.
Positive
self-beliefs propel us towards success.
Negative
self-beliefs sabotage our attempts at an accomplished life.
The real
boss, our unconscious mind, runs the show at a deep unconscious level.
Here’s the
problem. When the boss doesn’t quite believe that you can achieve, then you
probably won’t.
Changing
self-defeating beliefs.

ReplyDeleteGreat insight. I think I am confident but when it comes to taking a risk or a chance, I never can. My unconscious mind must be stopping me.
